The Winter World Circus
You can buy tickets in advance via the ticketing page on our website or via our official ticketing partners. You can also buy tickets at the carnival gates for same day entry. Just keep in mind, purchasing tickets via our website has a special discounted price which will not be available at the gate. It’ll be worth your money to buy them online! If you buy online, your selected date will be printed on your ticket.
Tickets to the AIA Carnival are available via our ticketing partner, Zicket. If you have any questions about your tickets, you can email them at help@zicket.co.
Standard days are our regular carnival days,whereas off-peak days are specially selected days where you can come along to the AIA Carnival for a more affordable price. On public holidays and special celebration days, like Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or Chinese New Year, we will be ramping up our activations to bring even more excitement to the festivities. These are our peak days - expect the fun to be bursting at the seams!
There are a couple days when we will be closed to the public for private events. But don’t worry. The AIA Carnival will reopen to the public again the next day.
We have introduced flexible pricing with varying ticket prices for off-peak, standard, and peak days, making the AIA Carnival more affordable for everyone to join in on the fun.
Yes, of course. We know things come up, so we have introduced a ticket exchange policy. You can email help@zicket.co with your order number and your preferred date (ONLY up to five (5) business days prior to the date of the original ticket purchased). Assuming the AIA Carnival is open to the public on that day, and you pay any difference in ticket price for the preferred day, you’ll be sent an updated ticket. You can buy tickets and token packages at the ticketing booth located at the carnival entry. There will also be token booths throughout the carnival site so you can buy more if you run out.
Yes. We have token booths in many locations throughout the carnival. So, if you are having too much fun and want to keep the excitement going, you can buy more tokens to keep playing more games.
Tokens required for each ride vary from ride to ride, although rides start from 4 tokens.
Tokens required for each game vary from game to game, although games start from 2 tokens.
Once you enter the world of the AIA Carnival, tokens can be used to play games and enjoy rides. Please note food and drinks can only be purchased with e-payments only, so be sure to bring a contactless payment method for snacks and meals.
Unfortunately, you will need to leave your pets at home. Although, guide dogs and other service animals will be allowed in.
Yes. The AIA Carnival is situated on a flat surface so it will be easy for people with special requirements to get around. However, there will be some rides and attractions that may not be suitable for everyone. If you need assistance, please ask any of our carnival staff to lend you a helping hand.
There is no parking on-site at the Central Harbourfront. However, there are a few car parks just a few minutes’ walk away. Please check our Getting Here page to find our more information.

There will be a wide range of food and beverage options available at the AIA Carnival. This year’s AIA Carnival offers a feast for every palate, as the F&B Village brings together 17 F&B booths serving authentic local favourites and dynamic global cuisines in one unforgettable culinary journey.
The AIA Carnival is held during winter so expect it to be fresh. We suggest you check the daily forecast and dress appropriately. But make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Whilst the AIA Carnival is on a flat surface, this is a big event! There’s a lot of ground to cover.
Once you have completed a ticket purchase transaction, your ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address. Present this ticket at the carnival entrance on the date printed on your ticket to enter the AIA Carnival.
The AIA Carnival is located at the Central Harbourfront, next to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and Central Ferry Pier 10. Yes. Wheelchair seating is available in the Premium section. Guests using wheelchairs and their carers will each need a ticket. Please let our onsite Circus staff know at least 30 minutes before the show so we can assist with arrangements.
The Circus is free seating within each section. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of your show to get the best view, settle in and grab some snacks and drinks.
Yes, everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy this spectacular show. Children under the age of 3 years can enter for free and must sit on their parent’s lap.
