Promotion ends 11:59pm 26th January 2025. AIA Carnival is not the supplier of the Prize and shall not be responsible for any liabilities related to the availability and quality of the Prize. Any disputes arising from the Prize shall be resolved by the Winner and Chimelong directly. The Prize is subject to terms and conditions determined by the Chimelong as listed below. No transfer, exchange, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permitted.

The Winner will be notified via email within seven (7) working days of selecting the Winner. The notification email will be sent to the registered email address provided by the Winner at time of ticket purchase. If the Winner fails to collect the Prize within the specified ticket validity period for whatever reason, the Winner will be disqualified without further notice.

In the event of any disputes, the AIA Carnival staff's decision will be final.

Chimelong Admission Ticket Terms & Conditions

All tickets to Chimelong operate on a one-person-one-ticket policy. Visitors are responsible for the financial safekeeping of their tickets and any consequences of loss.
Chimelong admission ticket is valid from 02 January 2025 to 30 June 2025. It must be used within the validity period and will be void after expiration. This ticket is not applicable during statutory holidays.
Please do not fold or damage ticket barcodes.
Chimelong admission ticket is for admission purposes only.
Entry requires compliance with all guidelines, rules, regulations, notices, announcements, and instructions displayed at the entrance and other locations.
Chimelong reserves the right to establish, modify, and interpret all guidelines, rules, regulations, notices, announcements, and instructions within the park.
Free ticket, not redeemable for cash.
Please retain Chimelong admission ticket for inspection purposes. It will be invalid upon departure from the park.

Chimelong Hotel Terms & Conditions

Chimelong hotel certificate is valid with the official finance chop of Guangzhou Chimelong Tourist Resort and the duplication is not valid.
Chimelong hotel certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or exchanged for any other products or services in conjunction with any other special offer or discount.
Advanced reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability. Please present this Chimelong hotel certificate upon arrival or consumption. Reservation: 400-883-0083
Chimelong hotel certificate is not applicable to Chinese Public Holidays.
Lost or damaged Chimelong hotel certificates will not be replaced.
